The American Association for Pro Se Litigants (AAPSL) provides education, community standards, and research participation opportunities. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

## Full form

1. **Not a law firm.** AAPSL and NORA Foundation staff, volunteers, moderators, and members are not your lawyers by reason of website use, membership, payment of dues, posting, email, or event attendance.

2. **No legal advice.** Content on this site—including guides, templates, discussions, research summaries, and technology descriptions—is for general education and collective learning. It may be incomplete, jurisdiction-specific, outdated, or wrong.

3. **No outcome guarantees.** Nothing here guarantees court results, filing acceptance, admissibility, strategy success, or that any legal authority remains good law.

4. **Human verification required.** You must independently verify primary sources, court rules, deadlines, confidentiality obligations, and any document before use.
