AAPSL is a verified membership community and participatory research initiative. Members document defined procedural problems, practice source discipline, and learn together under moderation.

It is associated with NORA Foundation as a public-interest surface. It is intentionally separate from NORA One, the proprietary source-grounded legal-process software planned for a later, controlled release.

Approved sequence: launch and nurture AAPSL first; educate members about responsible method and technology; then invite members into NORA One private alpha when integrity gates allow.
